Account Related

If you want to change your nickname, go to the "My Account" page and fill in your new nickname, the nickname will be changed.

When you open the app, you can choose account login, email login, or mobile phone login. We recommend you use your email or mobile phone number to register for an account.

1. Please make sure you have entered the correct account and password.
2. If you forgot your password, please go to the "Login page", click "Retrieve Password" and fill in the corresponding information to find your password.

You can see your ID on my page. An ID is a string of numbers located below your username in your profile.

You can see on 'my page' that if you need to switch accounts, please click the "Settings - Log Out" button. You can then log in to other accounts.

Payment Related

1. Please try to wait a few minutes or log into the game again.
